Service
Roof Repair in Scottsdale & Phoenix, AZ
Not every roof needs to be replaced. Most don't. HailCo's repair crew specializes in finding the actual source of a leak (rarely where the drip lands inside) and fixing it without selling you a system you don't need yet.
- Leak diagnosis with moisture mapping when needed
- Tile, shingle, foam, and flashing repair under one roof
- Itemized estimate before any work begins
How we do it
The three things we will not skip.
01
Diagnose first, quote second
We inspect the deck, valleys, penetrations, and flashing before quoting. If a $400 repair holds the roof for five more years, that's the recommendation.
02
Tile field repairs done right
Loose ridge, slipped field tiles, and cracked pans get repaired with matched profile and color when available, not whatever's on the truck.
03
Honest end-of-life calls
If repair would be throwing good money after bad, we'll say so and lay out the replacement math. No pressure, no surprise scope creep.
Pricing context
Typical cost in the Valley.
Not an exact quote - every roof is different, but a real range based on what we see across the Phoenix metro on this service line.
Most leak repairs land $400 to $900. Larger scopes (extensive flashing rebuild, hip/ridge replacement) hit the high end.

FAQ
Questions we hear about roof repair.
Can you match my existing tile?+
Usually yes for tile produced in the last 20 years. For older or discontinued profiles we source salvage or pull from low-visibility areas and substitute there.
Is a small leak ever serious?+
Yes. Sustained moisture in Phoenix attics rots decking fast and grows mold faster. A $300 repair today often prevents a $3,000 deck rebuild later.
How long does a roof repair take?+
Most single-system repairs — a flashing replacement, a cracked tile area, a failed pipe boot — take half a day. Complex multi-area repairs may take a full day. We'll estimate time at quote.
Do you offer a warranty on repair work?+
Yes. HailCo repair work carries a 3-year workmanship warranty. If the same area leaks again within that window, we return and fix it at no charge.
What's the most common repair you do in Scottsdale?+
Pipe boot failures around HVAC penetrations. Arizona sun degrades rubber boots on average every 7 to 10 years. It's an inexpensive repair that people put off too long.
