Meet Casey, Brandon & Tanner.
We're the three people who answer to you when a roof job goes well, and the three who answer to you when something doesn't. Casey runs the company, Brandon directs day-to-day operations, Tanner walks the estimates. There's no corporate parent, no franchise structure, and no sales team between us and the customer. Just a team that built this company together and stays in the field together.

Brandon brings a decade-plus inside HailCo companies to the roofing operation. As Director of Operations he runs crew scheduling, vendor coordination, and the daily systems that keep every job on time.

Tanner runs estimating and customer relationships across the Phoenix Valley. He personally walks every residential roof before HailCo quotes it.

The HailCo story
We started HailCo because somebody had to.
Casey and Tanner had both spent years in Arizona roofing - Casey on the operations side, Tanner on estimating, and they kept hearing the same story from Valley homeowners. A monsoon would hit, a roofer would show up, oversell a replacement, and disappear once the check cleared. The work was bad, the warranties were worthless, and nobody answered the phone in year three.
They founded HailCo in 2023 as the opposite of that. Owner-operated. Diagnose-first. Documented everything. The company holds Arizona ROC #346211, carries general liability and workers' comp on every crew, and runs a 24/7 dispatch line for active leaks and storm response. We're a GAF certified contractor and install Owens Corning, Eagle, Boral, and other premium product lines.

Most calls don't end in a replacement. We find what's actually wrong and quote that. If the roof has another decade in it with a $400 fix, that's the recommendation.

Every inspection produces a written PDF with photos. Every claim has Xactimate-aligned line items. Every job ships with a digital warranty file you actually keep.

Respect the home, every day
Magnetic nail sweep after every shift. Landscaping protected. Daily debris removal. The site is left cleaner each evening than we found it that morning.
