Warranties
We list duration, coverage, and exclusions side-by-side. If a warranty doesn't say what it covers, it doesn't cover much. Ours says what it covers.
Workmanship coverage applies to every detail shown.
Covers: Every aspect of our installation: flashing, underlayment, fastening, ventilation, ridge and hip details. If something we installed fails, we replace it.
Exclusions: Damage from third-party trades (solar installers walking on tile, satellite installers cutting flashing). Acts of God exceeding manufacturer-rated load.
Covers: Material defect coverage on shingle, tile, foam, and metal. Terms vary by manufacturer line. Class 4 impact-rated shingle and premium tile typically carry the longest warranties.
Exclusions: Installation defects (covered separately by our workmanship warranty). Modifications by other contractors void the manufacturer warranty in most cases.
Covers: On qualifying GAF system installs (full system: Timberline HDZ shingles, GAF underlayment, GAF ventilation, GAF accessories). Backed by GAF, not just us.
Exclusions: Requires full GAF system. Mixed manufacturer installs don't qualify. Transferable once with documentation.
Covers: For active leaks and acute storm damage during monsoon season, we guarantee crew on-site within 24 hours of call for active customers and warranty holders.
Exclusions: Cosmetic damage, gutter-only issues, or non-active leaks are queued to next business day.
Each certification is current and verifiable directly with the manufacturer.
