Sometimes. Many HOAs allow metal accents but restrict full metal fields. We'll check your CC&Rs before quoting.
How long does a standing-seam metal roof last?+
Steel standing-seam is rated 50+ years. Aluminum is indefinite in non-coastal climates. In Arizona's dry heat with no salt air, metal roofs outlast nearly every other system.
