How we do it
The three things we will not skip.
01
Real warranty math
A 'lifetime' shingle isn't a 'lifetime' roof. We walk you through what the warranty actually covers, what voids it, and what manufacturer-certified install adds.
02
Class 4 impact rating where it matters
If you're in a hail-prone zip code, the upgrade often pays for itself in premium discounts. We'll quote both and let you compare.
03
Ventilation done right
Most shingle failures we see are ventilation failures, not material failures. We rebalance intake and exhaust on every replacement.
Pricing context

Not an exact quote - every roof is different, but a real range based on what we see across the Phoenix metro on this service line.
Architectural shingle on most Valley homes. Class 4 impact-rated upgrade adds about 10 to 18% but often pays back via insurance discount.

Scottsdale, AZ · Roof Replacement
“Hailco roofing is an awesome company to work with. They worked with my insurance to help get my roof replaced, helped walk me through what my policy would cover and what they could do. Tanner was a huge help in keeping in communication as well as once their install crew was scheduled that side also kept me informed. They were able to work with solar panels as well, making the whole process seem less and stress free. I would 100% recommend this company and use them again if needed.”

Phoenix, AZ · Insurance Claim
“Hello, I had the pleasure of working with Hailco Roofing. They replaced my dad's roof. Everyone I worked with were very nice. They took care of all the paperwork and contacting the insurance themselves I didn't have to do anything. When it came down to replacing the roof the crew was fast and efficient. When finished they cleaned up all the debris and left nothing behind. Now I'm in the process of replacing my roof and I'm also using Hailco Roofing. Thank you so much to all the team.”

FAQ
Questions we hear about shingle roofing.
How long do shingles last in Arizona?+
Architectural shingles run 20 to 25 years in the Valley with proper attic ventilation. Without it, expect 12 to 15.
Are impact-rated shingles worth it?+
If your zip code has hail history, yes, both for durability and for the insurance discount. We'll check your carrier's discount table.
What shingle brands do you install?+
GAF Timberline HDZ and Owens Corning Duration are our primary lines. Both are certified architectural shingles with manufacturer warranties up to lifetime. We don't install builder-grade shingles.
Can I upgrade from 3-tab to architectural shingles?+
Yes. On a replacement, we install architectural as the standard starting point. Upgrading from 3-tab to architectural adds thickness, wind resistance, and appearance significantly.
What voids a shingle warranty in Arizona?+
The most common voids: inadequate attic ventilation, failure to install per manufacturer specs, and non-certified labor. We install to GAF and Owens Corning certification specs on every job.
