How often should I have my roof inspected?+

What's included in a HailCo inspection report?+
Deck, field, flashing, valleys, penetrations, attic ventilation check, and ridge condition — documented in a PDF with photos. Every finding is ranked: monitor, repair soon, or repair now. No vague language.
Can a roof inspection find hidden leaks?+
Often yes. Thermal imaging and moisture mapping can locate water trapped in the deck or insulation that isn't yet visible inside. We include this when evidence of hidden moisture is found on the surface walk.
Do I need an inspection before I sell my house?+
