HailCo Roofing LLC (“HailCo,” “we,” or “us”) is an Arizona limited liability company doing business as HailCo Roofing. Our principal office is 7655 E Redfield Rd Ste 130, Scottsdale, AZ 85260-6478. We are licensed by the Arizona Registrar of Contractors under license ROC #346211.

This policy explains how HailCo collects, uses, stores, and shares information from people who visit https://hailcoroofing.com or submit information through our website forms. It applies to our website only and not to phone calls, in-person estimates, or other ways we may interact with you.

We collect two kinds of information:

Information you provide. When you submit our free-quote or contact form, we collect your name, phone number, email address, property address, the service you're inquiring about, and any notes you choose to share. When you call us, we may take notes during the call.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we collect basic usage data through Google Analytics: pages visited, referring website, approximate location based on IP address, device type, and browser. This data is aggregated and does not personally identify you. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or retargeting pixels.

We use the information you submit to:

• Contact you about your inquiry (call or email you back, schedule an inspection, send a written estimate)
• Coordinate with our crew for the inspection or project
• Send follow-up communication directly related to your project or quote
• Improve our website and customer experience

We do not use your information for marketing campaigns, retargeting ads, or unrelated promotions. We do not sell your information to anyone, ever.

We share the information you submit only with:

• Our team at HailCo Roofing (project managers, owners, estimating staff) so we can respond to your inquiry
• Resend, our email delivery vendor, which routes form submissions to our office email
• Google Analytics, which processes anonymized website usage data on our behalf
• Insurance carriers and their adjusters, only when you're an active customer and we're handling an insurance claim on your roof, and only with your knowledge

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to data brokers, marketing lists, or any third party for their own use.

Lead-form submissions are retained in our office email for as long as the inquiry remains relevant, typically up to 24 months. Active customer records (signed contracts, project files, warranty documentation) are retained for the duration of your warranty period plus 7 years, in line with Arizona contractor record-keeping practice. You can request deletion of your records at any time by contacting us, except where retention is required by law (for example, for warranty claims or contractor licensing audits).

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of the information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your information (subject to the retention rules above)
• Opt out of future contact from us
• Ask questions about how we handle your data

Our website uses cookies set by Google Analytics for aggregated usage measurement. These cookies do not personally identify you. Office systems are password-protected and access is limited to team members who need it. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affecting your information occurs, we'll notify you as required by Arizona law.

We may update this policy from time to time as our practices evolve or as laws change. When we do, we'll update the “Effective Date” at the top of this page. Material changes will be noted at the top of the page for at least 30 days after the change takes effect. Your continued use of our website after a change means you accept the updated policy.

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any dispute about how we handle your information will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona. The general rules for using this website are covered separately in our Terms of Use.
