By accessing or using https://hailcoroofing.com (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. These Terms govern your use of the Site only and do not govern any contract you may separately sign with HailCo Roofing LLC (“HailCo”) for roofing services.

HailCo Roofing LLC is an Arizona limited liability company licensed by the Arizona Registrar of Contractors under license ROC #346211. Our principal office is 7655 E Redfield Rd Ste 130, Scottsdale, AZ 85260-6478. We serve residential and commercial customers across the Phoenix Valley and surrounding Arizona markets.

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You may not:

• Use the Site in any way that violates federal, state, or local law
• Submit false or misleading information through our contact or quote forms
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or our systems
• Use any automated means (scraping, bots, harvesting tools) to access the Site without our written permission
• Use the Site to transmit malware or harmful code
• Misrepresent your affiliation with HailCo or impersonate any person or entity

All content on the Site, including text, photos, graphics, logos, and code, is owned by HailCo or licensed to us, and is protected by United States and Arizona intellectual property law. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify Site content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission. The HailCo Roofing name and logo are trademarks of HailCo Roofing LLC.

When you submit information through our free-quote or contact form, you represent that the information is accurate and that you have the right to share it. Submitted information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. By submitting your information, you authorize HailCo to contact you by phone, email, or text about your inquiry. You can opt out of future contact at any time.

Any pricing, scope, or timeline information displayed on the Site is general and informational. It is not a binding offer or contract. A binding estimate from HailCo requires an on-site inspection of your roof and a written, signed proposal. Pricing ranges shown in articles and service pages reflect typical Phoenix Valley conditions and may not match your specific project.

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranty that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of any content on the Site. Information here is for general educational purposes and is not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a licensed roofing contractor. None of this disclaims the workmanship and material warranties that come with an actual signed HailCo contract. Those warranties are governed by the contract itself, not by these Site terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by Arizona law, HailCo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Site, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim arising out of your use of the Site is limited to one hundred dollars ($100). This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded under Arizona law, including liability for gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

The Site contains links to third-party websites (Google Maps, Better Business Bureau, manufacturer pages, social profiles). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site. Clicking those links is at your own risk.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HailCo, its owners, employees, and contractors from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the “Effective Date” at the top of this page. Material changes will be noted at the top of the page for at least 30 days after they take effect. Your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
