HailCo Roofing started after enough Valley homeowners told us the same story: a monsoon cell hit, a roofer showed up, oversold a replacement, and disappeared once the check cleared. HailCo is owner-operated by a team of three. Casey Carlson is the managing member and runs warranty fulfillment. Brandon Dunaway directs day-to-day operations, crew scheduling, and field dispatch. Tanner Sewell leads estimating and walks every residential roof himself before HailCo quotes it. No franchise, no commission-driven sales reps, no corporate parent. Just three owners doing the work alongside the crews.

We come out, get on the roof, and look at decking, field, flashing, valleys, and penetrations. You get a written report with photos - no scare tactics, no fake urgency.

For non-emergencies we book initial inspections within 2–4 business days. Active leaks and storm damage are dispatched same-day or next-day depending on time of call.
Are you licensed and insured?+
Yes. Arizona ROC #346211, fully bonded and insured. We carry general liability and workers' comp on every crew, and we'll send you certificates before work begins.
Do you offer free estimates?+
Free written estimates for replacement, repair scopes over a basic threshold, and storm damage assessments tied to an active insurance claim. Pre-purchase and standalone inspections carry a small fee that's usually credited if you proceed with us.
What roof materials do you install?+
Concrete and clay tile, architectural and impact-rated asphalt shingle, spray polyurethane foam (SPF), and standing-seam metal. We work in all four because Arizona homes need all four - there's no single right material for the Valley.
Do you handle the insurance side of a storm claim?+
Yes. We document damage, meet adjusters on the roof, and file supplements when scope is short. We're not public adjusters. We work the roof side of the claim, which is where 90% of the friction usually lives.
Is my roof always going to need full replacement?+
Usually not. Most of what we're called out for ends up being a repair or a re-underlayment, not a full tear-off. We'll show you the math both ways and let you decide.
What warranty do you offer?+
Up to 25 years on workmanship depending on scope, plus the manufacturer warranty on materials (up to 50 years on premium lines). Real warranty, not the marketing kind - we'll walk through exactly what each one covers.
Do you work outside the Phoenix Valley?+
Yes. We have active service in Flagstaff, Prescott, and Tucson on top of the full Valley. Mileage may add to scheduling lead time on those scopes.
