Pine needles, palo verde leaves, oak catkins, and dust each behave differently. Micro-mesh blocks fine debris; reverse-curve handles leaves better. We recommend based on your actual tree exposure.

Some gutter guards require lifting shingle or tile to install. Done wrong, this voids your roof warranty. We install per manufacturer spec to protect both warranties.

We'll tell you when guards don't pay back
If you have no tree exposure and clean gutters once a year, guards may not be worth the cost. We'll say so, because we'd rather not sell you a product you don't need.

Quality guards work for the right roof. Fine-mesh products handle 95%+ of debris from most Valley properties. Cheap foam or brush products usually create more problems than they solve.
How much do gutter guards cost?+

What type of debris do gutter guards handle worst?+
Fine seed pods and palo verde flowers can work through micro-mesh over time and build a mat that restricts flow. In heavy tree-exposure areas, semi-annual cleaning is still needed even with guards.
Should I get guards installed when I replace the roof?+
Best practice is to install guards during a roof or gutter replacement so proper flashing integration can be done at the same time. Retrofitting works but is slightly more labor.
