Emergency Roofing in Scottsdale & Phoenix, AZ

When wind has peeled tile off the ridge or a monsoon cell has punched water into the master bedroom, a permanent fix can wait. Stopping the water can't. HailCo runs an emergency response crew for tarps, dry-ins, and active-leak triage seven days a week.

  • Same-day or next-day response across the Valley
  • Tarp, dry-in, and temporary patch work
  • Documentation handed off to insurance teams

How we do it

The three things we will not skip.

01

Stop the water first

Our first call isn't about replacement. It's about getting the leak contained so you can dry the interior and prevent secondary damage.

02

Photo-documented for your claim

Every emergency call is photographed and measured. If a claim follows, the documentation is already in the file.

03

No high-pressure follow-up

An emergency call doesn't obligate you to use us for the permanent repair. We'll quote it, but the choice is yours.

We had our roof replaced by Hailco Roofing and are very pleased with their services. Bryson Engholm was extremely knowledgeable in every aspect of the process from working with our insurance company to the final installation of the roof. He kept in touch with us on a constant basis and has a way of making you feel included. He is an awesome person to have in your corner seeing that your needs are meet. Frank Pyle was the project manager on day of installation. He is great and his crew was fantastic. They worked efficiently as a team and left nothing behind. They left our yard free of debris and damage. We highly recommend Hailco Roofing for any of your roofing needs.

Hailco roofing is an awesome company to work with. They worked with my insurance to help get my roof replaced, helped walk me through what my policy would cover and what they could do. Tanner was a huge help in keeping in communication as well as once their install crew was scheduled that side also kept me informed. They were able to work with solar panels as well, making the whole process seem less and stress free. I would 100% recommend this company and use them again if needed.

Hello, I had the pleasure of working with Hailco Roofing. They replaced my dad's roof. Everyone I worked with were very nice. They took care of all the paperwork and contacting the insurance themselves I didn't have to do anything. When it came down to replacing the roof the crew was fast and efficient. When finished they cleaned up all the debris and left nothing behind. Now I'm in the process of replacing my roof and I'm also using Hailco Roofing. Thank you so much to all the team.

FAQ

Questions we hear about emergency roofing.

  • Do you respond at night?+

We dispatch nights and weekends for active leaks and structural risks. Cosmetic issues are queued for next business morning.

  • How much does emergency response cost?+

Most tarp and dry-in calls fall between $350 and $900 depending on roof size, access, and material. We quote before dispatching.

  • What should I do before you arrive to minimize interior damage?+

Lay down plastic sheeting or towels under active drips, move electronics and furniture away from the affected area, and photograph or video where water is entering. That documentation helps with any insurance follow-up.

  • What causes most emergency roof calls in the Phoenix Valley?+

Monsoon microbursts — July through September — account for the largest share. Wind-driven rain at 60+ mph enters any small gap the roof has been hiding. After those events, response demand spikes fast.

  • Do you charge more for weekend calls?+

Weekend and after-hours tarp calls carry a standard response fee, same as weekday. Emergency assessments during business hours are no charge.
