New Roof Installation in Scottsdale & Phoenix, AZ

Working from a builder's plans or your architect's spec, HailCo installs new roofing systems on additions, casitas, ADUs, and ground-up custom homes. Tile, shingle, foam, or metal: we'll work to spec or help refine the spec if there's a better option for the elevation.

  • GC and builder partnerships welcome
  • Plan review and material recommendations included
  • On-schedule install windows for trade coordination

How we do it

The three things we will not skip.

01

We work with your GC's schedule

We coordinate dry-in and finish around framing, electrical, and HVAC trades so you're not stuck waiting on roofing to unblock everyone else.

02

Spec refinement when it helps

If a plan calls for a system that's wrong for the elevation or budget, we'll flag it before you've sunk costs into ordering material.

03

Permits and inspections handled

We pull our own permits and meet inspectors on site. One less call for you to make.

Very happy with my roof installation. Was recommended by a friend, Buddy, in the neighborhood who had his roof installed and was acquainted with Hailco.

We had our roof replaced by Hailco Roofing and are very pleased with their services. Bryson Engholm was extremely knowledgeable in every aspect of the process from working with our insurance company to the final installation of the roof. He kept in touch with us on a constant basis and has a way of making you feel included. He is an awesome person to have in your corner seeing that your needs are meet. Frank Pyle was the project manager on day of installation. He is great and his crew was fantastic. They worked efficiently as a team and left nothing behind. They left our yard free of debris and damage. We highly recommend Hailco Roofing for any of your roofing needs.

FAQ

Questions we hear about new roof installation.

  • Do you work on new custom homes?+

Yes. We partner with GCs across the Valley on custom home roofing, from one-off luxury builds to small spec runs.

  • Will you bid against a plan set?+

Absolutely. Send the roof plan PDF and we'll return an itemized bid with material options.

  • What's the timeline from permit to finished roof on new construction?+

In most Valley jurisdictions, permits run 10 to 21 days. After permit-in-hand, dry-in typically takes 1 day; finish roofing 2 to 4 days depending on scope and material.

  • Can you match existing tile on an addition?+

Usually yes if the profile is still in production. For additions matching a 20+ year old custom tile, we test-fit a sample first before ordering a full pallet.

  • Do you install roofing on ADUs and casitas?+

Yes. ADUs, casitas, detached garages, and pool structures are standard new-install scopes for us. Permit pulled in your name.
