Brandon Dunaway is the Co-Owner and Director of Operations at HailCo Roofing. He runs the back-end of the business: crew scheduling, vendor relationships, material logistics, daily KPIs, and the operational systems that turn "we'll be there at 7 a.m." into a roof that actually starts at 7 a.m.

Brandon and Casey Carlson have known each other since grade school. They've spent more than a decade running HailCo companies together, which means by the time Brandon joined the roofing operation he already shared its standards: diagnose-first, documentation-driven, owner-walked work. That long-running partnership is the reason HailCo Roofing's operations were tight from year one instead of growing into discipline over time.

On the roofing side specifically, Brandon owns the daily operational tempo. Crew assignments and rotations, supplier coordination across GAF, Owens Corning, Eagle, and Boral, dispatch for emergency tarping and storm response, and the project-management dashboards that let homeowners see exactly where their job is in the schedule. When something needs to be solved in the field today, Brandon is the person the crews call.

Brandon is based in Scottsdale and runs the operations meeting that opens every week. The meeting where last week's surprises become this week's process improvements.
