Siding Installation in Scottsdale & Phoenix, AZ
Roofing and siding share the same weatherproofing system. When one fails, the other usually needs attention too. HailCo handles stucco patching at roof terminations and partners with a select group of Valley siding installers for full fiber-cement and lap-siding scopes that go beyond our in-house roof work.
- Stucco patching and texture matching at roof terminations
- Fiber-cement (Hardie) install through partner crew
- Coordinated roof and siding scopes under one project lead
How we do it
The three things we will not skip.
01
Roof-to-wall transitions done right
Most siding-roof leaks happen at the transition between the two systems. Because we own the roof side, we can flash the wall side correctly without coordinating across two contractors.
02
Stucco patch and color match
We patch stucco at flashing terminations, vents, and chimney penetrations using matched texture and color. The repair shouldn't be visible from the street.
03
Partner crew for full-siding scopes
For full lap-siding or fiber-cement replacement, we coordinate with a vetted Valley installer we've worked alongside for years. Single project manager, single timeline, single quote.

Stucco patch and texture-match $800 to $2,500. Full fiber-cement (Hardie) install via partner crew $12,000 to $28,000.

Scottsdale, AZ · Roof Replacement
“Hailco roofing is an awesome company to work with. They worked with my insurance to help get my roof replaced, helped walk me through what my policy would cover and what they could do. Tanner was a huge help in keeping in communication as well as once their install crew was scheduled that side also kept me informed. They were able to work with solar panels as well, making the whole process seem less and stress free. I would 100% recommend this company and use them again if needed.”

Phoenix, AZ · Insurance Claim
“Hello, I had the pleasure of working with Hailco Roofing. They replaced my dad's roof. Everyone I worked with were very nice. They took care of all the paperwork and contacting the insurance themselves I didn't have to do anything. When it came down to replacing the roof the crew was fast and efficient. When finished they cleaned up all the debris and left nothing behind. Now I'm in the process of replacing my roof and I'm also using Hailco Roofing. Thank you so much to all the team.”

FAQ
Questions we hear about siding installation.
Do you install all types of siding?+
We handle stucco patch and fiber-cement (Hardie) directly. Vinyl, wood, and engineered-wood scopes route through our partner crew under the same project management.
Can siding and roof work happen at the same time?+
Yes, and it's the right approach when both need work. Coordinating saves trips, scaffolding, and back-and-forth scope friction.
What causes most siding failures in Arizona?+
Sun and heat. Stucco cracks from thermal expansion. Painted wood delaminates. Fiber-cement holds up best in the Valley's UV exposure and temperature swings.
Do you match stucco texture on patches?+
Yes. We use hand-textured matching techniques for the most common Arizona stucco profiles: skip-trowel, knockdown, and smooth. A good patch shouldn't be visible from normal viewing distance.
Can I replace stucco with fiber-cement siding?+
Yes. It requires a different substrate and flashing approach but it's a straightforward conversion. We handle both the roof-wall transition and the siding install.
