Is HailCo's roof inspection actually free?+
Yes for storm-damage assessments tied to an active or pending insurance claim, and for new-roof or replacement quotes. Standalone leak diagnostic inspections (for repairs not tied to a storm) are $150 to $275 flat-rate, credited toward the repair if you proceed with HailCo.
How fast does HailCo schedule a free quote in the Phoenix Valley?+
Most non-emergency inspections are scheduled within 2 to 5 business days. Active leaks during monsoon season get same-day or next-morning dispatch. Scottsdale, Phoenix, Mesa, Tempe, Chandler, and Gilbert are all within standard service radius from our Scottsdale yard.
What does the free HailCo quote include?+
On-site roof walk by an owner or trained estimator, date-stamped photo documentation of any findings, written itemized estimate that breaks out material, labor, tear-off, underlayment, permits, decking repairs, and HOA fees separately. If insurance is involved, we include an Xactimate-aligned scope.
Will I be pressured to sign on the spot?+

30 days for most quotes. Material costs are tracking 8 to 12% annual inflation in the roofing market, so prices may need to be re-quoted past 30 days. Insurance-claim quotes track the timeline of the carrier's scope-of-loss approval and don't expire while a claim is active.
