HailCo runs on referrals. Most of our work comes from past customers and Valley pros who trust us to do right by the people they send us. We pay $250 for every referral that closes.
How it works

Tell us who to call
Email us their name and phone number, or have them call us and mention you sent them. We'll take it from there.

We do the rest
Free inspection, written estimate, transparent process. Your referral gets the same honest, owner-led HailCo experience every customer gets.

You get paid when the job closes
$250 when the referred customer signs a contract and the project closes. Payout sent by check or digital transfer, your choice.
Payout
$250 per closed referral.
Flat payout per qualifying project, regardless of project size. We send it by check or digital transfer within 2 to 4 weeks of project completion.

Who can refer someone to HailCo?+
Anyone over 18, whether you're a past HailCo customer, a Valley homeowner, a property manager, or a real estate professional. Real estate agents and property managers often refer clients after a home inspection turns up a roof issue. Past HailCo customers refer friends and family. There's no formal sign-up required.
When do I get the referral payout?+
Payout is sent when the referred customer signs a contract and the project closes. That usually means within 2 to 4 weeks of project completion, once final payment from the customer has cleared. You'll receive an email confirmation when the payout is on its way.
What kinds of jobs qualify for a referral payout?+
Any HailCo residential roof replacement, lift-and-set re-underlayment, or commercial roofing project that closes with a signed contract. Repair-only projects and insurance-claim emergency tarp calls don't qualify on their own, but they often turn into a full replacement that does.
Is there a limit to how many people I can refer?+
No cap. Refer as many qualified leads as you want. Each referral that closes a project earns a separate payout.
Do I need to fill out a form to refer someone?+
No form required. Email info@hailcoroofing.com with your name and the homeowner's name and phone, or have the homeowner mention your name when they call (480) 582-3122. We track the referral from there.
